Can customers book regular visits?
Customers book online in the slots you choose and get a reminder about 24 hours before; a "book again" email goes out after the weeks you set. Pro adds recurring invoices for regular work.
Can I take payment online?
Yes — bookings can take card payment or a deposit (Growth and Pro), and invoices have a pay-online link. There's no marketplace commission — customers book or pay on your own website, and card payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Alongside Stripe's card fee there's a small platform fee on online payments on Starter and Growth (none on Pro).
Do you build it for me?
Yes — we design and build your website, add your services, prices and photos, then look after it for one monthly price, with edits by us each month. You can still change anything yourself.
