Do you take a commission on bookings?
There's no marketplace commission — customers book or pay on your own website, and card payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Alongside Stripe's card fee there's a small platform fee on online payments on Starter and Growth (none on Pro).
Can clients choose their stylist?
Yes — each service has its own length and price, and clients choose from the team members you set up, only in slots that are free.
Can I take deposits?
Deposits (a fixed amount or a percentage) are on Growth and Pro; no-show fees are on Pro.
Do you build it for me?
Yes — we design and build your website, add your services, prices and photos, then look after it for one monthly price, with edits by us each month. You can still change anything yourself.
Can I try it first?
Yes — the free trial unlocks every feature for 14 days, with no card required. Or book a free call and we'll show you a site set up with your details.
