Quick answers
Do you take a commission on bookings?
There's no marketplace commission — customers book or pay on your own website, and card payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Alongside Stripe's card fee there's a small platform fee on online payments on Starter and Growth (none on Pro).
Can guests book a specific therapist or room?
Yes. Each treatment has its own length and price, and guests choose from the therapists or rooms you set up — only in slots you actually have free.
Can I take deposits and charge for no-shows?
Deposits (a fixed amount or a percentage) are on Growth and Pro; no-show fees are on Pro. Guests pay by card when they book.
What about consultation and health forms?
We set up your consultation and health questionnaires as online forms. Every answer is saved to the guest's record so it's ready before they arrive.
Do you build it for me?
Yes — we design and build your website, add your services, prices and photos, then look after it for one monthly price, with edits by us each month. You can still change anything yourself.
